Product works well, it was larger than I thought it would be but the sound was loud, the vibration was very good and it provided me with accurate readings.The instructions were clear, it was easy to put together and it helped us find several pieces

This pinpointer works well. It is able to pinpoint objects directly that my metal detector detects. The features such as vibration and noise are helpful and so is the built in light when detecting at night. It does sometimes go a little haywire and start beeping and vibrating nonstop. But the issue is fixed easily by just restarting the device. I would say it is perfect for any beginner looking to start out but someone with more experience may want to find something a little more high tech.

This thing is perfect! Not too loud like the other one I tried. Had to return the cheaper one I bought. Was horrible. Loving this one and already found some coins and a hot wheels thunderbird. Lolz some kid musta lost it in the 90s when my house was new.

I waited for a few trips out detecting before giving my impression of this device. If you put most of your money into a new Metal Detector like me (which you should!)... this is a workable temporary pinpointer in this price group. But as soon as you can, save up $100-$150 and get a great one (I purchased the Notka AccuPoint - it is fantastic)!!! This one has many more bells and whistles than the others in this price range but it fails on a couple of important levels... It doesn't handle wet and moderately mineralized soil at all.I went out in my yard, several hours after a rain, and I thought my pointer had broken. It went off no matter where I touched it. I brought out my wife's pointer too and it went crazy too. Anywhere in the yard that I touched either pointer to the ground... they went crazy! On dry soil, they worked fantastic. But on damp soil, it is useless. Secondly, it reacted with my detector, if it was on at the same time. I set the detector about 3 feet away, and facing further away... but they both would chatter. I adjusted my detector's frequency and got a workable solution, but I still find it works better just to turn my detector off. This is an okay pinpointer in a pinch... but don't stay in that pinch very long!

Well got this to replace my previous metal detector for lost screws, clips, or what ever I'm working on during the summer or around the house in the carpet. I like the way the built in light shines right on the area it's detecting. The extended tip narrows down the detection area too. It uses a single 9 voltage battery so easily replaced in the handle, it comes with a storage bag and a holster for carrying it (something my previous one didn't have and I find extremely convenient) I know from watching Utube that many people use this in there out door searches as the go to tool for finding that small object in piles of mud and dirt. It's plastic so water resistance is a given, it's light and has a safty strap with clip so you don't loose it easily. (A big plus for someone who is constantly loosing there phone in there own house.🤔) Definitely an over all improvement over my previous one. I definitely recommend buying this metal detector!

Purchased to try and help find bird shot in birds. Not even close to strong enough. Cut open a shell and got no reading on an entire shells worth of 5 shot. Works great on large metal objects just not great on small stuff.

It detects well, also used to find lead slugs. Quickly found a lost spoon in dense brush, A dropped split pin found in an instant. Kids love treasure hunting but it is a useful tool to have around
