I have seven of these Supermats in various lengths around the house. I have an elderly dog, he will be 15 in a few months, that brought me start purchasing these. My dog has the occasional accident in the house and these have been perfect for easy clean up. I've never had anything (from him or while cleaning them) go through the mats. The mats are also great for him as they provide a solid non-slipping surface for him to walk on across on the hardwood floors and kitchen floor tiles. It's not as attractive as the rugs they replaced, but it's much more stable and far easier to clean.I've also used them to product the hardwood floors while moving furniture around and they've been perfect at protecting the floors.The only thing of slight concern to note is that the mats can slip ever so slightly if you move across them fast (at least when on the hardwood), so make sure and sweep or vacuum before putting them down so you don't have little bits of dirt or what have you potentially rubbing against the floor after being trapped.They have a good weight and are definitely not foam. It's also not that easy to trim them due to how heavy duty they truly are.

Exactly as described with little to no odor upon delivery. I use this as a yoga/exercise mat multiple times a week. It's used on the hardwood floor of the living room and has yet to slip, providing the perfect thickness for floor work and upright high intensity cardio alike. We have a large area rug in the room and this mat remains under it so I don't have to store it. I simply roll up that portion of the area rug and get started on my workout. The mat isn't thick enough to notice under the rug in such a high traffic area. It's durable and non-slip, both against the wood floor and beneath bare feet or tennis shoes. It has left no markings on the wood, has not cracked and doesn't stick to the wood either. I'd highly recommend this mat and would buy it again. I'm 5'5" and can easily do burpees and other floor work and still fit entirely on the mat. Unlike a traditional yoga mat, it's just thick enough to give ample padding for floor work after my back surgery.

Fits the recumbent bike perfectly. Surface is "non-slippery" so makes it safe to get on and off bike.

I purchased 2 of these mats. One of them for under my treadmill and another for a dead lift area. When they came they were a little thinner than I expected but were dense and seemed pretty high quality. Even though it was cold out and the mat came rolled in a box, it laid down nice and flat.The one I put under the treadmill, which was on a concrete floor, definitely improved the feeling of the treadmill. Before the mat, running would shake the treadmill and it just didn't sit well on the concrete. Now, it's a much softer landing.The other one, I laid down next to my bench to test out. When I picked it up to move it, the corner of the mat, which was just barely under the bench, ripped. I was surprised at this because I didn't tug hard at all. When I tested it out on the corner, I realize it is VERY easy to tear this mat while moving. It's not going to be the end of the world for me but I was quite surprised.I will use this for a few days and come back and update.

Great mat. It came as an Amazon suggestion with the bike I had purchased, and I am glad I bought it. It definitely saves the carpet from damage! And after two years, it does have noticeable dents from the bike's weight, but it is holding up very well!

This is a great mat! I bought it to place under my Elliptical. It is thick, and stays put well, with no upturned edges. I aired it out for a week outside because of the heavy rubber smell, and there has been no residual smell since. Very happy with my purchase!

This is my second purchase of these mats. The first one I have it underneath my elliptical on hardwood floors. Works great; no marks, no noise; very stable. The second one I use it as exercise mat. It's thicker than the average yoga mat, making it very comfortable on a hardwood floor. There is a slight chemical smell, but it's gone by day 3 of use.

Im using a treadmill during work and I needed it for reducing the static electricity as I was getting shocks all the time. It did reduce the static charge significantly, but not 100%

Bought for recumbent bike (Schwinn 270). Nice fit with space all around. Not too thick, the bike is very stable and quiet. Will buy another for my large treadmill soon.
