Our air flow was not good on the dryer because of an old lint catcher. This fixed the air flow and has been working perfectly. Wish I would have changed it sooner! Removes lint and fits our Maytag perfectly

This is a replacement lint screen filter for a Maytag dryer because the plastic framework of the original broke due to heat from the dryer. The dryer was limping along until I thought of looking for a replacement on Amazon. It's serendipitous that Amazon carries these. It fits well like the original part. The seller sent it right away as soon as I ordered it. Recommended.

This is a decent replacement but the plastic distorts after a few months. This makes it more difficult to insert the filter into the slot. Otherwise it works like it should.

The item came all warp and miss shaped it fails to collect most of the lint from the dryer causing us to have to clean out the dryer trap. I thought it may straighten out as we have used it but after months of use it hasn’t.

There is one problem, the hot dryer air made the plastic warp. It seems cheap and I am looking for a better one as I write this review.
