i think this ladder very light but is very sturdy im 180 pounds no bending or flexing the guy that gave this ladder bad reviews probly over 250 pounds sure this ladder or most ladder in a hardware store would not support them!! instructions not that great if u alittle handy u will figure it out

I used this on a Lance Camper. Being a Universal Fit it installed and worked just like it should. Because I ma fatazz I also contacted the manufacturer for a couple extra support brackets.

Awesome ladder. I had to replace my Class C 1987 mallard ladder due to a bumper change that showed me how cracked, leaking and damaged my original ladder was. The instructions worked ok the setup was easy enough.I even made use of the leftover pipe cut off in the setup to cover all thread that is holding a drop shelf from my upper cupboards that my Bose radio sits on inside the RV...

OK:(Yes i do agree its not the easiest assembly project I've performed! BUT having a mechanical/aviation background, a little brain warpage went along with this project... BTW, I'm not Hazel Belle writing this review! I'm her companion Peter S. ... without going too boring I'll just cut the crap and say I'm not pleased with this product...THE only thing that concerns me is the standoffs. The radius produced at the end each tube was not sufficient!!! I had to get creative and produce a more sufficient radius! The support flange brackets fit more snugly now!!! This ladder is still going to be used btw...OVERALL, Being a veteran, I am proud to have purchased a 'MADE IN THE USA' product!!!

I bought this for a camper I had, but ended up selling before I installed the ladder. Directions for installation were very straightforward.

Very sturdy and great customer support! Initially one of the supports I received had a manufacturing defect but I brought it to the attention of the manufacturer and they went out of their way to support me and send me a new one! It is as solid as any RV ladder I have every been on and the price was very reasonable!
