They work very well if you can insert properly. Still struggling a bit, maybe I need more practice. It takes a couple extra minutes to get them in, and I could use those extra 2 minutes on the range.

worked well at an indoor range, tested with 9mm, .45 and AR noise level was was very low. They fit well and were very comfortable

These are great. No more bulky over ear protection. Was worried about these on the range but worked great.

I own several Surefire products (flashlights ) and know them to be a quality mfr'r. However, I am very disappointed in these ear plugs. They did a great job of suppressing sound (shooting range) BUT, after one use the foam is falling apart. You'll see tiny bits of black foam on the towel in the picture. The net result is, I cannot recommend these plugs at all. Oh, while protection was good, they were uncomfortable for my ears. May be different for others.
