The bottles are sturdy. The only complaint I have is that it's a little hard to get get the swing top tops on. Once you get the "swing" of things, it's easy! Highly recommended.

I just brewed beer for the first time. I gave myself a big laugh because I forgot to let the beer to sit in fridge before I opened it. The cork popped like a champagne bottle, showing me lots of carbonation. This is a great product for brewing.

The flip-top caps are very difficult to configure and there are no instructions how to install them. After more than an hour of studying and twisting and turning , my granddaughter, in 5 minutes, figured out how they're installed. I actually had initiated a return on this item, BC I assumed they were the wrong size. Need instructions included with order. 1 star deducted for lack of instructions.

I found the closures for these to be completely impossible to close. I have other bottles like these from a different company, and they’re not that hard to close or open.The bottle itself and the cap seemed to be good quality. It’s just you can’t close the cap.

I purchased these for my home made Vanilla extract, and I wanted the dark bottles to help keep them longer. I use a variety of beans and liqueur, after 12 months I’ll check them out for flavor and break them into smaller bottles…
