I make California rolls and they were the best I've ever made. The rolls were tight and it was easy to wrap the Nori around the rice roll. However, if you like the Uramki (inside out) type of rolls. I do not know how this Bazooka sushi maker would work for you. This was so easy to use, I think I am spoiled now.

Works really well! Might need a few tries to perfect the process, especially if I want to put more ingredients inside the roll. Very happy with the results though, and plan on making many more!

¹1Made 4 sushi rolls easily. Was little worried hinges that lock it in place looked little "wiggly". My advise is to make sure it's not to over stuffed or could snap off over time.
