My daughter who loves, loves sushi, and already has mastered using the roller, with a prior sushi kit, I previously purchased for her. She was so pleased to have this extra one roller, to speed up the process in making the sushi, especially, when we are going to be serving it to guests and other family members. We have a tradition that 3 times a month, each family member gets to request their favorite meals. And since this is one of hers, this roller will come handy. We also have the silicone sushi mats and the different molds, for different sized sushi.I know it takes a learning curve. When I first tried using the roller, I added too much rice. Oops! Made a mess. Also forgot, and didn't use any oil the inside of the roller. My daughter had the patience and helped through it. Now I find it rather easy. She uses sesame oil sometimes and it adds to the taste.If you're a sushi kind of person, this roller kit will be fun to use and fulfilling for you when you see the result of your effort. It's inexpensive and a good kitchen addition.

There is a slight learning curve, but I figured it out quickly. Then it took a while to get my rice and recipe down, but that was a cooking issue, not one with the item. I can’t imagine I’d ever make passable sushi without it. Cheers!

Thé bazooka came with no instructions so I had to go online to find how it works! It is not as easy as it looks but still beats hand rolling.

Very satisfied. We now have a movie and sushi night! Maki rolls are the perfect movie munch ... silent, delicious, tidy, adjustable for any diet! An excellent dorm item or Secret Santa gift. 💞
