- Before using the sushi bazooka, coat it with cooking oil using the silicone brush for easier rice roll preparation.
- Bamboo tools should be thoroughly dried before storage.
- Store bamboo tools in a place away from high temperatures and direct sunlight to protect them from cracking.
- To facilitate cleaning, we recommend covering the rolling mat with plastic wrap before laying down rice.
- If you don't use plastic wrap, you can soak the sushi mat in warm water for a few minutes before cleaning.

It will definitely make a sushi roll with ease. My issue is it makes a very large roll and the seaweed has to be on the outside. Great for beginners.

This kit makes sushi assembly so much easier! My son loves sushi so I got this for him and he absolutely loves it. It works great and is super easy to clean and store as well. There were no issues with the rolls sticking in the tube. Overall a nice purchase!

Got this on a whim to see if it would help teach sushi roll making to my kids. However, the tube case thing really just complicates what is a pretty simple rolling process. The brush is superfluous, as you just need nori and rice and the bamboo roll. The cramming, compacting, and screwing around are more than you need.
