The quality of this kettle is really nice. I also really like the design that it comes with. I usually like to do stuff when I heat up my water instead of waiting for it to boil. This kettle makes a loud noise to let me know that it is ready. the water boils pretty fast too, and it’s also a decent size to hold a lot of water. Really like this kettle!

Really like the looks of this kettle - it stays out on our gas cooktop because it is so counter worthy. Whistle is nice, handle does get hot - its not 100.00% insulating. Yes the manufacturer recommends low to medium heat to prevent discoloration - i know we've used medium to medium high heat so heed the manufacturers warning. We still keep the kettle out and interpret the discoloration as character.

Here's how to keep your tea pot looking new. It's very simple. Wipe it down after every use. Clean out the inside and wipe dry! I have had this for some months now and it looks brand new! If you take care of your products, they'll take care of you! This is a great kettle. Highly recommend!!

I thought the whistle would be more than a whisper and the silicon glove is such a weird size that I really cannot use it. I had no idea it would be so hard to push the spout open and close it. I know it is heavy which I originally thought was a great thing but not when I have to hold it without touching the outside and push the spout out to pour. I may not use this as I wanted to.No instructions or warranty information located inside box. Only on the box itself and I do not usually save boxes because of space and allergies. Also not impressed that I may need to treat the inside of the pot for issues with the water similar to an iron.I admit I have not used a teapot in years but the ones I did use were simple.1. Add water.2. Bring to temp by putting on heat element 3. Wait for the whistle to blow.4. Pour into cups or desired receptor. I was impressed with the look of it and the metal faceplate on the front.

I was amased at the quality of this kettle!It is gorgeous; a beautiful colour, quite heavy and very good quallity.The bottom is a triple layer of stainless steel, so it holds up to heat.It works well; stays shiny, washes well and is easy to clean.It looks very good w/ any decor and it's a pretty colour.For about $80., which is mid price for a good tea kettle, you can't go wrong.No need to spend over $100. for a good stove top like this. We're British andlove our tea. We don't use electric kettles or microwaves to make tea! This oneis perfect!! Our last one got chipped after 5 years, so gave it away.
