When I needed a 90 degree diagonal for a new telescope, I didn't hesitate to purchase the SVBony. This is now the 3rd one I own. The quality is top of the line, but at a very attractive price. You don't have to pay a lot to get the best.

The image out of this thing is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I found that several of my eyepieces would not fully seat. I felt like they were hitting a lip of some kind. I ended up having to break out my calibers to figure it out what was going on. The outer diameter of the eyepiece was right at 1.25", but the inner diameter on the diameter where the eyepiece sat had multiple place ranging from 1.244" - 1.249". Not much but enough to prevent the lens from going more than halfway in.Bit irritating since I threw the box away after testing on some cheaper eyepieces, so I don't think I can return it anymore.

The images that come through are very clear. I replaced the cheap plastic angle viewer that came with the scope and was very pleased. Jupiter went from being a bright ball to having clear definition and being able to see its moons and rings. Definitely worth the investment

If you thought you were getting a more premium version of the sVbony SV188p mirror diagonal, you are not. What you are getting, despite the item description calling it a mirror diagonal, is a very nice prism diagonal. Using it side by side with my trusty old Lumicon mirror diagonal, visually it performed as good if not better to my aging eyes. I really appreciated the brass ring eyepiece retention system which is worlds better than the stumpy, screw friction system of the Lumicon. Overall, the fit and finish is top notch.

Excellent quality and finish. The plan is to compare the visual image between the mirror diagonal and this one in the brand's Mak 105. I hope to get the test done in a few days.

Fits well in 1.25" focusers, so the sizing is appropriate for the outside diameter of the barrel. 1.25" barrel eyepieces slide in properly, and generally do not flop around, so the inside diameter is also good on the other side. Has the clamp that goes all the way around the inside, rather than just a single-point-contact set screw, so there is better clamping of eyepieces - especially important for those heavy (and expensive) ones. Image quality looked good to me, though it's been incredibly cloudy here for what seems like weeks, so I was only able to test during the day at distant objects, but the images looked flat and without distortions. I have purchased several SVBONY items over the past couple of years, and they have been better than I expected (and I have begun to expect more from them), and this item meets that standard.
