The threads in my Allison transmission oil casing were stripped and I could not reinstall the pan. These devices saved the day and allowed me to torque the bolts to factory specs. Hint: When turning the TAP work SLOW and keep the tap CLEAN. Remove the tap often for cleaning or you will jam it up!
