I bought this as a gift and it was a major upgrade. It's comfortable and feels sturdy. The padding is supportive and the lumbar support is great. The reclining feature is a bit tight out of the box, but I believe it may loosen up with use. It was a huge aesthetic upgrade, too. The material seems to be pretty good and has already resisted some unintentional scratches. Overall, a good value for a larger, more comfortable chair.

Item arrived early. I'm not handy at all, but was able to assemble it by myself using the assembly video on Amzon and clear directions (wrapped up with chair back). All the pieces were clearly labeled and I had no issue with parts not fitting, which I've encountered with other assembly products in the past. The only item you may need a 2nd person for is attaching the back. It is slightly heavy and needs to be held still at an angle while it is screwed in from the sides. It took some patience and a few attempts since I was solo. The ergonomic tool provided was much better than most kits. The chair is tall, very comfortable, arms fold up to tuck under a chair, and has ample height adjustment. It feels like a quality chair, even though the price is affordable.

I was suspicious I’ll admit but omg it is sooo goood. Instructions were thorough and it took almost no time to set up. The fabric and feel of the chair is amazing, sooo comfortable you sink into it which is what I was looking for since I need to study for long hours at a time and just want to be comfortable doing so. The height goes super tall too! But also low enough that the arms fit perfect under my desk! No creaking, very sturdy build and is amazing for my back. 11/10

Pretty good chair for the money. The cream color is great the quality and comfort is as expected. After sitting in any chair for too long it’s uncomfortable. I added a butt cushion for added comfort. The arms do not adjust but they lift up completely so unless the rise is lowered my chair can’t go under my desk. It rolls well and is quiet overall.

I bought this for my gamer son. It is very comfortable for him and he likes that the armrests flip up so he can get closer to his desk to play on his keyboard. Looks very expensive. Great value for the money. I am 5'9" and I think the back is too short for my comfort, kinda nails me in the shoulder blades. My son doesn't sit back all the way so he isn't affected as well as he is only 5'5" so he really likes it. He sits criss cross/indian style in the chair and we looked for one that had a wider seat base so he could still do that and this one fit the bill.

First of all, this is a very nice chair, BUT it is too small....and needs a wider seat. The leather-like surface is comfortable. Putting it together was very easy, but it was missing a couple screws. It felt pretty sturdy and the adjustments were easy to use. But, my biggest complaint has to do with the flip-up-and down arm rests. They do NOT go all the way back and I found myself bumping the backs of my arms and shoulders into the armrests as they stuck out in the back..... THEY NEED to fold ALL THE WAY BACK. Had they done that, I would have kept the chair. I considered taking the arms rests off altogether...but that would have made the chair look bad in the office. So, I am on the hunt for a new chair after returning this. IT SEEMS, that I see a VERY LARGE PERCENTAGE Of these Chines-made chairs having the same issue with the arms rest no longer going ALL the way back. Gotta fix that folks.....

An attractive chair at an unbelievable price. HOWEVER, the seat seems to thrust the person forward. Not worth the bother to return. At least, not for now, as we try to get used to what we perceive as "not as comfortable as we'd like."
