I cannot say enough good about this chair I absolutely love it. I was skeptical when I first ordered but it is so comfy and I can recline and relax watching tv in my office when I feel the urge. Easy to put together, all screws very well organized and labeled. Didn't take long at all if you follow the easy instructions. And best part it is PINK and goes with my brand new pink Mac desktop!

I found the assembly instructions to be simple. The chair seems pretty sturdy - doesn't feel cheap - and yet is lighter than most office chairs so you can easily pick it up if needed. The chair is fairly comfortable and the seat adjusts up and down. But that's the only adjustment. The back of the chair is fixed so you can't lean back. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it but I wish it had an adjustment to lean back in the seat.

Love it. I’m a 5’2 petite Asian male so this chair was perfect for streaming. However, I hold a lot of weight on my legs specifically my thigh area so getting out of the chair is a bit difficult and has led to some embarrassing situations at work. But overall it’s a good chair and super comfy.

I believe the chair I received had already been assembled by someone prior and returned. It was missing the wheels and not all of the parts fit. I had to order additional parts since I got no response or resolution from the manufacturer and did not want to have to deal with returning it. The chair itself is nice and comfortable once assembled.

I bought it based on the mostly positive reviews, but the chair is just super uncomfortable. after 30 minutes of sitting on it, my back starts to hurt in multiple places.However, I wouldn't make a big deal out of it, maybe it was just not for me, plus it arrived in good condition and on time. But when I tried to start the return process, the seller just ignored me completely, which is not ok. Hence the one star - it is not only for the quality of the product, which is more of a personal preference, but also the customer service. The chair looks like a picture though and if you don't need to spend a lot of time using it, could work.
