Swingline does not make these staplers like they used to. This stapler last about 6 months if that before it stopped working. This is the second one I have had in a years time, first one I bought at Office Depot and second on Amazon. The last Swingline stapler last years before this run of garbage from them.

Hello...very smart looking machine, but i have had it for a week now and i have tried to play with it twice to put the staples in ...only to give up in frustration..but, im sure once i have that mastered it going to be a very good stapler..

I didn't like the stapler. When you place the paper to staple, it bites too slow. There's a paper guide, but it pushes back whenever youput it the paper to staple. I had to taped up the red paper guide. I wanted to return the stapler, but it's just a hassle. I am to try to sellit on kijii and buy another one.

It does as expected. But if you move ever slightly when stapling, the staple will not be well attached.
