It took over a month to get this slide but once it finally arrived we were happy with it. It is sturdy and can hold my kids no problem. It was easy for my husband to install. No scratches or any damage.

It was delivered in a timely manner. It was only in a see through plastic bag but did not have any damage. Maybe a small scratch or two but after some use I'm sure there will be plenty more. Installed easy and kids were sliding same day. We've had it for a couple of months and they love it, 5 and 8 year old. Was a great investment. They spend a lot of time here.

Great quality slide but does not include hardware! It says it does in the listing but I called the manufacturer and they said it doesn’t. It also comes in a plastic bag so there were a few scratches, nothing terrible - but I wish it was in a box.

I added center brace based on some other reviews, has had no issues supporting 150lbs. It also arrived in excellent condition, no defects or scratches.

We're finishing up building our retirement home and I added a stairway to access the downhill portion of the yard. In jest, someone suggested that I put a slide in at the stairway landing. My wife loved the idea since we have four small grandchildren. So, naturally, I had to put in the slide. It is very sturdy and handled my nearly 200 pounds without any problem.

Nice and sturdy it should last for years. Only drawback is the shipping packaging is not great and ours had several pretty deep scratches from shipping.

Slide arrived with two small scratches but otherwise seems fine We specifically requested that the slide be left even if we weren't home. I got multiple calls, texts, and emails from RXO every single day trying to tell me it had arrived, hadn't arrived, was on the way, needed to be rescheduled, etc. It was absolutely maddening. I was told I would receive a call 30 minutes before the arrival of the slide, so I took my son on a walk around our neighborhood, always within 5 minutes of my home. The delivery guys never called. We just barely caught them before they left without delivering the slide and were super rude when I politely mentioned that I had been told to expect a phone call.

Shipping was not the best. Came with a few minor scratches but thats okay since this is an outdoor kids slide. Super easy to put together and install. This was worth it for us and our toddler loves it.
