We remodeled our kitchen, and I wanted to be able to mount a Surface up out of the way above our new peninsula. This allows us to browse from one side of the peninsula, or from the other side swing it to read recipes, etc.I have one minor complain, but I admit that others could consider it a positive. The spring loaded 'clamp' is very tight. Obviously that is very good for the security of your device. But if I want to remove it, it is very awkward to spread the mechanism while holding the tablet at the same time. I don't do this overly often, so it's admittedly not a huge deal. This is where having a button mechanism that would release the tension would be nice. The arm itself is built very nicely, and is very tight. It take some two-handed work to fully extend (keep in mind, I'm leaning over a peninsula while doing so). But it does have what I believe is a tension screw to adjust. I haven't tried this, because I don't want to risk loosing it too much so it becomes "floppy".No regrets at all, and it looks great in our new kitchen. I added some chord covers, which I will paint the same color as the wall at some point to make everything look clean. Since it's a kitchen, we didn't want cables dangling all over.

This was a nice quality plastic material that was also very attractive and functional for the needs I required at the time of order. It did not look cheap and adjustable movements of the arms was awesome. It was a great value for the money. Unfortunately, I ended up not wanting to put holes in my wall to accommodate this product and I needed something a little taller in height; therefore, I ended up replacing with another brand that was a better fit for my needs. I would recommend this product if you don’t mind putting holes in your wall. It would have been a perfect fit if not for that.

I bought these for my office so that I can stand and do my notes in between patients. Very sturdy and looks really good! All my patients have commented on, it saying it looks slick and high-tech. Take it for me from someone who use this constantly since mid December on a daily basis. Great product.

Really solid piece of kit. I've mounted mine with the joints pointing up and down, so I can leave them a little slack and pull my tablet in and out - works a charm.Works exactly as hoped, I can pull my tablet in and out, or rotate and angle as necessary.Mine is holding an all in one tablet PC, much heavier than an iPad of the same size, but grabs it just fine. The spring clamp is good and strong too. Jabbing the screen delivers a few wobbles, but honestly much less than expected. Looks very slick too.Two tips:1. Don't use the supplied rawl plugs, they're crap - like all such wall fixings supplied free with stuff these days, and this bracket is quite long giving a lot of leverage. Do yourself a favour and get some decent ones (I used 80mm long Fischer Duopower plugs and matching screws) as you're about to hang £200 minimum off the end of this thing...2. Stick a little bit of fluffy side velcro where the arm would touch the wall - stops it damaging your paint.
