Looks exactly as described and is really a delight. The ball looks like it has fireworks in it and spins freely. Quiet operation. Note I added the rocks which I already had (not included). I've searched many fountains and even sent one back. This is good quality and beautiful.

Too expensive for what you get(almost $ 95 with all the transport taxes included).Low quality materials,bad finishing work(is dripping water all around).No real info regarding the voltage required.It says that you just have to plug it into "a standard electric outlet".What does it means standard when you sell this product worldwide?I discovered that the product is only working with AC 110 V but I live in a country with AC 220 V network!So the product was working for 1 minute and then just ...dead.Worst experience!Never again.Quite an expensive lesson,almost $100 and a week waiting for something that proved to be unusable.

Constant issues with water leaking everywhere. I’ve stopped using it because I can’t figure out how to keep it from making a mess. Not to mention when it was working I had to add water everyday due to evaporation. It’s noisy when not filled adequately. Wish I could return.

We received this product in mid-April. We used only distilled water. It just stopped working on June 8, 2020.The product did not last 2 months. I want a replacement or a refund.***************************************************************6/12/2020I received your voice mail message today, but it was garbled and many words were missing. I was told to call back which I did. The message was we don't accept telephone calls. I don't know how to reach a live person who can actually help me.
