Haven’t used the helmet/mask yet in an airsoft battle but I can tell you that this helmet and mask does NOT go together like it shows in the picture. But I found that if you put the face mask on and pull it down, then put the helmet on and buckle it, then pull the face mask up so that it’s comfortable on your face and then pull the strap so that its on top of the helmet.This keeps the mask tight to your face, allows you to wear both the helmet and mask and most importantly, it keeps the fan outside to allow it to pull air in. As opposed to the picture of it showing the fan tucked inside the helmet.UPDATE 7/31/2023:CHANGED TO 5 STARSPlayed for a few hours with this helmet/mask combo and i have to say it was really worth the money. the fan was a complete game changer. definitely could use some tweaks to secure the batteries in a little better, but this was by all means a great purchase.Unsure of how hard a shot these lenses can take. I can tell you that the field i went to didn't test them or ask to test them, i think the field limit is 385fps. Next time i play i will ask them to just for testing purposes.

If your health doesn't let you wear a real helmet, this one looks the part.I use it when weed walking and metal cutting and grinding. Protects my face well and makes neighbors look twice! Wink, wink.

Both the mask and helmet are good quality. The helmet pads come in a bag and are easy to install. While the helmet has the side rails, the mask is comes configured with a headband. There is no mounting hardware or elastic bands included to attach the mask to the helmet, nor does the mask have extra holes for the elastic bands. Also, the mask doesn't have a lip along the top to hold it against the helmet, so the mask ends up under the helmet. The fan on the mask is delicate, I broke the cover while trying to figure out how to position it under the helmet. The fan ends up pulling air from inside the helmet to the inside of the mask. If you're sweating, that might be humid air that will cause the mask to fog up.As separate pieces, the mask and helmet are both good. As a set, they don't really work well together.

The first mask I bought the fan kind of worked so I returned it the replacement mask fan didn’t work at all. Please test your products before you sell them

We bought this thinking it was more like a "helmet " yeah for the price we were disappointed. Item was returned. Maybe a better description may have helped us purchase the right one.
