It's pretty sturdy, a little small for a tax helmet and no suspension you can only adjust the chin straps

Got this for my 8year old son who is obsessed with anything military and camo. He loves it so much. Great quality and doesn't look or feel like a costume helmet

The cover is kind of confusing and the Velcro padding is in weird spots but you can peel the Velcro off and adjust them. Also comes with extra which is nice.
