Good quality. The basketweave pattern looks good and all the stitching looks well done. It's semi-rigid and will conform after a couple uses and does well for me dispersing the weight of the belt a bit. Good product for the price compared to your mainstream name brand tactical companies.Please realize that you probably won't be looping the two belt keepers around your inner belt. The pad might stick to your duty belt's velcro, but it's near impossible to have your duty belt on and feed the keepers through the slot in the pad, under your inner belt, and back out the other slot. It's just too tight of a fit and gets worse if you have any gear back there without being a contortionist. The keepers are really just to secure the pad to your duty belt, just like it looks in the pictures. You can run your belt keepers under your inner belt like normal except where the pad sits. The pad has the velcro hooks on one side and the velcro loops on the other so you can face it whichever way you need to interface with the hook/loop on your inner belt. Without it, you might find the back of your waist pull down lower than your duty belt when you bend over. The hook/loop strips are narrow at only about an inch. I wish it were thicker to have better bite with the inner belt velcro as I can feel the velcro give a bit when I bend over to pick something off the floor. Overall I prefer this and be able to have some keepers secure my duty belt to inner belt as opposed to the normal belt pads that just friction fit and the only thing holding on the duty belt is the buckle.

Works soo well I've tryed using it on non duty belts(not a success) but on a duty belt it's great helps alot with back painQuick note though it blockes back pant loop holes and takes up a considerable amount of back belt space so you may need to move around your gear. And you may need to change type of suspenders if you use suspenders (I had to switch to side clip perry suspenders because the other 2 pairs of duty suspenders wouldn't clip) but great product would buy again

This duty belt back support is comfortable to wear and easy to use. It supports the back and helps distribute weight. I would have given it five stars instead of 4 if it wasn't for the fact that you need to use an inner, velcro, liner belt with this back support. I'm not a fan of the inner liner belts because with time they ruined everything and loose the ability to hook and hold.

I was very satisfied with this except that I am not very wide across so it was just a little too long. I wish this company would offer these in other lengths. The pricing is fair. Worth it if your average guy size, but if you're a lady, you may find the length takes up too much space for you to get all of your gear on your belt. I'm a Deputy, so it's quite a bit of gear that I need.

Works really good with my jukmo duty belt however for the best results I would recommend adding a velcro strip to the inside of your belt or getting a padded belt insert that comes with velcro for the best results

ive tried adjusting a million different ways to get this thing to work(making it sit higher, then lower, changed belts) but i feel like its made my pain 5x worse, the way it sits on my right hip causes not only pain in the back but in the front now too, tried looser, then tighter, adjusted my gear around, still no luck. i will say its super sturdy and i can tell it will last a long time, was made very well, i dont think its a product issue just all humans arent made the same🤷ðŸ½â€â™‚ï¸

This item hurt my back and pushed all my items to the front instead of evening them out. Made my duty belt too heavy. It was returned.

As a young officer I was starting to experience lower back pain already and this product works great and has saved my lumbar! I’m sure there are better products like this but for the price this work very well.

It was uncomfortable and too small to provide any support but it did push my pants down and there was no good way to fasten it to the middle of the back. It caused the loss of feeling in my legs on both days I tried it and it's been sitting in a bag ever since
