Works well, easy to install. Is an exact match for the Fords. I just wish they made a steel/chrome unit. This is the 3rd replacement, and I purchased a couple more, so I have a replacement when needed. That's really a Ford issue. Ford should have built a better handle like they used too in the nineties, instead of this cheap plastic.

Bushing is cheap plastic and broke. We didn't need the handle- it looks cheap but can't say much about it.

It was easy to install, looks like the original. For F150 2002. Inexpensive for $13. It feels to be the same grade of plastic as the original, which isn't very heavy but lasted 20 years.
