Steps for Replacing Filter Element
Step 1
- Rotate to the Left to Remove the Protective Case and Filter Cup.
Step 2
- Rotate to the Left to Remove the 0.0 Micron Cartridge for Replacement.
Step 3
- Replace it with the New Filter Element.
Step 4
- Install the Protective Case and Filter Cup Back into Place.

When using an air compressor and spray gun to paint a car or truck, moisture is your enemy. This station has one filter to remove particles and a 2nd filter to remove moisture. The 1st filter chamber has a washable/reuseable foam filter. A spare particulate filter is included. The 2nd chamber removes the moisture from the compressed air. This chamber holds dessicant beads that are purple when they are dry, then fade to pink as they get moisture saturated. Replace when pink. There are a total of 4 bags of dessicant beads so you can change them out when needed.3/8" pipe fittings are included so you can permanently pipe this into your compressed air plumbing (shutoff valve is included, too) or you can install the included quick couplers so you can just hook this inline when you are actually painting.

This drying system was,as expected, easily connected to my painting system. The various parts are well constructed. The pressure range is easy to adjust.
