We love that we have a toy that can help our niece practice hand writing. The grooves let her trace and get used to writing the letters so she has more experience when using a pencil /paper.

Like the overall look and feel of the product. But in the letters there are a lot of hard wood shavings blocking the letters. That is really annoying, not as smooth finishing as I was hoving for.
