It worked perfectly. The only thing I was worried about were the electrical connections. It shows green, black, and something. I wanted to test things with a meter but there were no instructions on how to do so. Especially since my wires had no colors. Also I did not know if the leads needed two screws or just one. I decided to use just one and if that did not work use both. I did not read any of the instructions for this installation. I think when you set the temperature it is what it should eventually reach. But after awhile it becomes just dashes.Anyways, the real test is whether this works ten years down the road. I suppose I should look at what the warranty period is.

Great customer support. The water tempatute is a constant temperature. I feel like I got my monies worth!! The design of it is what caught my attention. It works great and I'm happy

I really like the display on the front except for the up and down temp buttons and the on off button are not illuminated the temperature and the GPM are. I would’ve gone an extra mile so you don’t have to get a flashlight out and look under your cabinet in order to see up and down buttons, but other than that a very nice product I will update on longevity later.

I was so hesitant to buy a tankless water heater. How can something so much smaller than a traditional tank, work as well?Husband convinced me to try.It’s wonderful!! Yes, it is a fraction the size of a traditional water heater, but that’s a plus! More room in garage..It has a digital display of water temp, I can watch it go up as I use the garage slop sink. It heats up just as fast as the old one. I like very hot showers and this one gets very hot. We do have it set on the highest setting.Our electric bill has also decreased as it doesn’t constantly run to beat water, it only runs when you are using water.The value for the money is excellent as it’s not nearly as expensive as a traditional water heater. I am still so amazed at size and had I not seen it being Installed, never could have noticed anything changed. It’s definitely the way to go!! My neighbor also bought this one a few months before we did and she loved hers too, her electric bill also went down.

Heater works ok, not quite hot enough for my dink so I went with the 14k. My sink flows at 3gpm so could be my fault for buying to small of a unit

Customer service is no short of amazing, I wasn't getting enough water pressure so the unit would turn off. I changed the pipe from 1/2 to 3/4 and the issues was gone. Every step of the way the company was emailing me telling how to troubleshoot even sent a video. Throughout they kept offering to send me a new unit, but by the plumber telling me the pipe size needed to be increased that worked.

We bought this in advance for a new build to make sure that everything would fit around it fine so it’s past the return window, of course! We just got it hooked up and trying to use it for the first time and it doesn’t work. We have gone through all of the troubleshooting, both in the manual and on here. Indicator flashes fully lit and then displays temperature and gpm, then back to full lit, repetitively, without producing any hot water. Complete waste of money.. do not recommend!!
