Does not fiy my computer.Says free returns there is no way yo actually return it. Sends you through a get help process but cant actully retirn the product.I will never order another Targus product

I'm sure the product is fine "if" you get the Kensington that fits your laptop. I did not realize there are 3 different Kensington lock types. If you have a "newer" and "thin" laptop, you may need to look for something with Nano in the name. I think I read that a Nano lock is backward compatible with a "micro" Kensington, but not vice versa. I ended up getting a Nano to work on my Lenovo laptop. Amazon return policy and UPS store drop off was flawless and much appreciated.

The key tumbler and the expanding lock mechanism don't appear to be connected inside the lock housing.Defective from factory.Returned for refund.

Lock works well. I prefer keyed locks over combination because it can be hard to reach and read the combination depending on the placement of the laptop. Great theft deterrent. Life all cable locks, it would not deter an extremely determined thief but will protect from impulsive grabs and go.

Well built and is a good value. Be sure your laptop or computer requires this style.Didn't work for us since the trapezoid style isn't compatible with with standard laptops.
