Exactly as described. Was tempted to get one of those with the cute animal photos on the front, but did I really want to spend $30 extra dollars to have an owl on it? Pass. This is perfect and just what we needed. Honestly, I wish I had gotten a bigger one.

Great for the price! Isn’t too big or too small and holds a good bit of books. It was also super easy to put together and maybe took 5 minutes!

Lightweight. Sturdy. Simple. One of the poles seemed off in length but was able to make it work just fine. My kid loves books so we keep this at the beside for bedtime. I had a wooden one prior but I like this lightweight option better, but that's a personal preference..

My biggest qualm is the fabric part had a thread that wasn't tied off so it was unraveling, which would have meant I couldn't use a whole slot. I had to sew it back together which is annoying for a new product. It only held about 1/2 my son's books because he has a lot of small board books. If you have skinny books then it will probably hold a decent amount. The fabric part is a shiny plasticy material like the fabric that usually used on those cheap triangle backpacks. Overall it's okay for the price.

I used the bookshelf to display Christmas books in the den over the holidays. Now it will be used upstairs where I keep grandchildren's toys year round for books they like to read frequently.
