I used this to check temperatures on my new dehydrator. As far as I can tell, it is pretty accurate. I hung it on the jerky rack facing front. I have poor eyesight, but had no trouble reading it with my magnifying glass. Seems to be of good quality.

Best thermometer for our commercial food warmer. It can sit inside of it and be read easily. I also believe its accurate because I've monitored it as the warmer has gone from off to heated.

I am disappointed in his thermometer. It takes a long time for the thermometer to come to temp. I can’t read the numbers on it unless I open the oven door. It also took quite a long time to be delivered.
