I like this thermometer because no batteries are needed and it clings to your window. I wanted a thermometer that didn't have to be mounted with screws and didn't have a battery that was going dead constantly. This is the perfect choice.

This thermometer has never worked properly. Right from the start it’s temperature was off, I recalibrated it and it can be off by as much as 10+ degrees. It gets stuck on a temperature and never changes. I would send it back but it will cost more than it’s worth. Would not purchase this again!

The colored numbers make it very easy to read. I have a similar thermometer onto same window which is extremely hard to read when the sun is behind is because of the dark numbers on a light background, it makes the numbers almost invisible.When I got it applied onto the window, I noticed that there were a couple pieces broken from the housing around the temperture spring.! I would question the quality of the materials used in its constitution. You could see a crack line developing in the replacement I was sent.

My last one, just like it, lasted 7 years. But being exposed to the elements took it's toll. Very easy to calibrate (just make sure it is not exposed to sun for proper setting). Just put a small flat head screwdriver in the end of dial and very gently turn to adjust. Clockwise or counter Clockwise which ever direction you need to adjust.

I bought this one to replace a similar one. Neither was terribly accurate at temperature extremes (hot or cold), but it's so easy to read from across the room that it is helpful when deciding what to wear outdoors.

This is an awesome product. Such a simple idea and it works so well. We had it outside on our deck sliding door for 10 years, hot summers, freezing winters, and that thing never fell, never failed. Until we accidently hit it during cleaning, so we had to buy a new one, basically the same product. It's truly amazing, you look at it and keep wondering how come that thing is still there! :)
