I love the ease of use . The ease to set up temperature you want to get to. The only stumbling block I had was finding a battery. The battery named in the directions is not easily found but there are other companies that have batteries that work. Do a search.

The thermometer is very accurate and having it beep at you when the temperature is reached is great for early morning bleary eyed accuracy. OTOH it is very top heavy which males it flop around a lot when you move the steaming jug and most importantly when pouring. I've had many a nice piece of latte art turn into an ameoba because the thing falls over as I pour. I've gone back to a small dial thermometer.

Temperature indicator works very well. Only issue I had was trying to find a good way to attach it to the frothing mug. It slips around. I think some rubber on the attachment pieces would solve that issue. Haven't tried that yet.Probably the most ideal solution would be a gauge with a wired sensor. This would just place the sensor in the mug and leave the meter on the table.Otherwise it's fine.

It simply and flawlessly gets the temperature correct for my daily latte. It’s a fast easy digital food thermometer when I need it too.

I'm really glad to have this - I am not particularly great at steaming milk and this is a great tool to have helping me! It has been great so far and hasn't given me any issues. I'm still learning how to steam milk well, but this is a step in the right direction for me.

Works well with the temp alarm but the metal to metal really isn’t great for anything painted. If you take off the clip, it’s workable to use but rolls around more easily. Maybe MiiCoffee can add some rubber tips or something or a user added shrink wrap would work like I did with $3, 3/8-3/16 white shrink Turing from the local home improvement store.
