These T-Nuts work very well in the t-tracks on my Shark HD520 CNC machine. I have found good success clamping workpieces with just side-pressure. I have a mix of shop-made and 3D printed clamps in different thicknesses and configurations. I have a selection of 1/4 20 button head cap screws in a few different lengths, and I keep a 5/32" hex key near the machine. This is a very flexible clamping strategy, it's easy to set up, and I don't have to worry about the bit catching one of the clamps when it is moving across the workpiece.

These are great! Perfect for woodworking t-track jigs. The surface and edges feel polished (though I couldn't tell from the photos) and they're sized correctly so they glide smoothly in a variety of branded T-Tracks in my shop.Oval T- nuts seem to fall into two categories: pass-thru vs locking threads. The locking type tighten after barely one rotation, making them very difficult to fit. EDIT: difficult because as there's no adjustment in the threads, the thickness of the attached item is critical. This may require use of stacked washers, or the precise depth of the counter-bore in a sacrificial fence. These are the pass-thru type. The cap screw can thread until it bottoms out in the track. There's plenty of travel making these easy to fit.

Got product to use with a slotted bar to secure wood cutouts. They performed as described in the description however they were 1 cm too long for my application.

Low profile slides into the roof rack rails and with eye bolts make it easy to rack stuff up top

Used this for my prinsu rack! Worked like a charm and slides it with no issues. Would work for other t slot style racks.

I needed a nut to attach a base plate to the underside of a lift desk. The base plate is part of a kit to mount a computer under the desktop. There is a sliding part that passes under the nut at the end of a 1/4" x 20 bolt, and a standard nut is too tall. This nut was perfect, and the shape also allowed a lock washer to be installed and still provide clearance for the moving parts.

Works well as a cheaper option for extrusions bought directly from 80/20.com While not rounded at the end like 80/20's, the do seem to be slightly longer which to me makes them even more secure for structural integrity (using them atm to hold up my current computer desk).
