There were no issues with the door itself, but the screen door hinge screws were stripped and I was unable to fix it, so I just removed the screen door altogether. Which was fine with me because this is for the dog only.

Broken latch, beat up, and the door is twisted and way out of square causing the door to not really open or close. The hinge for the screen door is very loose and also doesn’t want to open or close.

The door looks nice, but the screen door literally will not latch to the main door like it's supposed to. If you've ever had a camper, you know that the screen door is attached to the main door unless you choose to unlatch it. This one is not functioning properly and I have to open the main door, and then open the screen door, which is not the way it's supposed to work. Also, when I want to shut the door, I really have to slam it to get it to shut all the way. I wouldn't recommend this door. Disappointing with how much money these cost.

This product was packaged well, But missing hardware to install it along with strike plate for the door. In addition, the screen door is not aligned, and the screws are stripped very poorly put together.

This door looks like a quality at first look. It will not latch due to improper latch installation. The outside handle will not reset after you pull on it. I will be asking for a new latch. I would return the door, but the hole is already cut in my square drop camper. It's is the last one the company had in stock. Should have paid more to another company and received a quality door.
