I installed this into my 1985 Ford Bronco and it worked great. I wanted something smaller, but also wanted proportional braking, and this fit the slot perfectly.It was easy to install, wire up, and get working.Pulled a 3200 lb. camper trailer for 700 miles through the mountains and the coast and it worked excellent the entire time.

Already had a Prodigy P3 and have got good service out of it. Needed an extra brake controller for additional vehicle. Tried this one and am very pleased. Seemed to work as well as the P3 without the bells and whistles. Plug and Play as long as you order the additional vehicle wiring harness. The â€N.C†displays when starting the truck with trailer Not Connected. But goes steady after a minute of so. Also the unit will go into sleep mode after the vehicle it turned off after a couple of minutes (as long as trailer is not connected).

I use it on my 2011 Grand Cherokee to pull my Vintage camper. Works perfectly. Fits under dash. Easy install and easy to adjust for whatever your towing. Display is also easy to understand.

Adaptable for light trailers to ones heavier than the pulling vehicle. Instructions how to set up are clear. I bought the optional interface, which plugs into the distribution box and then to the controller, which was far easier than the last unit. Seems more professional, and worth the few extra dollars.

Easy to install with wiring harness purchased separately. Easy to set up and adjust. I wish it had a little more adjustment on the boost setting. I have only used it once, but so far it seems to work good.
