This is tons of fun! The balls vary from soft to hard, so be careful which one you start with! But it is great for hand/eye coordination. We had a nice little competition going on!

This thing is super fun; I got it for the kid but I am addicted! SUCH a good stress reliever and the novice ball doesn't hurt at all when I get hit. However... *the string did snap back twice and once scratched my eye to the point it hurt to open it for a good 10 minutes. I thought it was a one off incident, but then it happened again! I looked for other reviews and apparently I am not alone and some people have been pretty hurt. This thing is *POTENTIALLY VERY DANGEROUS TO YOUR EYES*Why then the 5 star review?!Because I put some safety glasses on and I was good to go! With my eyes protected, this toy is fun and functional and I highly, highly recommend it if you want to burn off some steam but don't have the space or desire to have a huge bag in your space. Also great for kids to be able to be competitive at a distance!(**please use with eye protection - for real, it hurts!**)

this is so easy to put together with it only being a string with the ball and a headband. it’s easy to adjust, and the kids had a ball with it. you should definitely watch out a first though, quick reflexes will come in handy haha.

This shouldn’t be sold as a family toy. The ball hit my son in the eye twice, one time causing a bruising. He didn’t hit the ball that hard which made me send it back because this made me worried of worse injury another time.
