This worked well with our office Yealink phones. We needed for a training employee to be able to hear the conversation of how to handle customers & this worked exactly how we needed.

I am using this device to switch between the regular telephone hand set and a headset with a boom-microphone. Actually "switching" isn't quite the correct word. Both devices are always active at the same time for listening -- the bottons on the top just let you mute the microphone on the device you don't wish to use. As far as I can tell, if neither mute button is used, then both microphones are simultaneously active. If both microphones are enabled in this way, there is a slight reduction in volume heard by the person you are speaking to, but this is subtle and you have to be critical listener to hear the difference. All and all, well done. At my job I was constantly being told that we could not afford a splitter for training because only equipment coating hundreds was compatible with our phones.I went ahead and bought this and it works great! Hooking it up to the phone is somewhat inconvenient, but it beats not being able to hear both sides of the conversation when training.

I have two of these in a call center to use while training new hires. They are excellent and work exactly as shown. The buttons can be confusing (the muted line is ‘up’) and slightly counterintuitive, but the customers have no issues hearing whoever is speaking, and have never had any issues with the trainee talking/being heard while the trainer is on a call. I have used one of them for over a year and it still functions perfectly, would buy again in the event that I need more.

I've had some issue where it seems people can not hear me even though I am unmuted. Muting then unmuting seemed to help. There is just something with these type of after market solutions where I believe none of them will perform well at this low price point. Does it work, mostly it does and at the price, complaining seems wrong. But I am hard pressed to say I am happy about the purchase. It works, however, likely is not the actual solution I was hoping to implement.

At first I was a bit skeptical as IP phones can be finicky, but these were truly plug and play. Worked perfect for the training applications that we needed them for.

But the first sets and tested it out and it works perfect. Perfect adapter for when you have to train somebody at work. Works perfectly with the Avaya phone system. But in a second set as a back up in case the first one ever goes missing. I highly recommend.

It did not work as expected. I initiated a return, which was provided by the seller and dispatched. However, the tracking of the return was problematic, and I am unsure if the seller received the product. As of now, I have not received a refund.Overall, my experience with this product and the return process has been disappointing.

This product worked great with our phone system (Yealink). I wish it had individual volume controls for each headset. I would recommend this product!
