About this item

  • Viewfinder and Magnification: The latest generation of Kellner (K) eyepieces: K6mm: 76X magnification, K25mm 16X magnification. Viewfinder: The magnification is 5 times and the objective aperture is 24 mm.
  • Focal Length: 400mm. Objective Diameter: 70mm. The large objective lens can receive more light, with good light transmission and you can observe the surface of the moon and cluster.
  • Aluminum Tripod: The tripod has four sections, the height can be adjusted from about 40cm to 104cm. To increase the stability of the tripod, you can attach heavy objects to the hook at the bottom.
  • 45° Diagonal Prism: The image of the refractor telescope is inverted, after the 45 degree diagonal prism, the top, bottom, left and right are positive. The device moves the light so you can look comfortably towards the eyepiece.
  • Easy To Carry: A combination of easy detachable professional telescopes, the telescope body is made of high-quality plastic material and aluminum tripod, lighter, and comes with a shockproof backpack, convenient to carry.

Product Description

  • Reason: Only when you look at the sky or indoor walls will you see a vast expanse of white.

Solution: Lower the telescope tube and aim it at the ground, buildings, trees, etc.

  • Why do we see a everything dark when observing stars at night?

Reason: Not aiming at a bright target, such as stars or the moon

Solution: Determine the target before observation, and do not aim at a "dark" empty area at will

  • Asynchronous reason: The finderscope and telescope len are not aligned synchronously.

Solution: Find a target from the telescope lens, adjust the finderscope to align it with the center of the target, and complete the synchronization calibration.

This is a great product for kids and beginners. It even came with a travel bag.Everything was packaged nicely and nothing was damaged. It's also lightweight which makes it easier to carry.

This telescope is not a professional telescope. But you knew that. Right? This telescope is for adult beginners and kids.Think of it as a hybrid telescope.Simple enough for both groups to use.But a stepping stone to a professional telescope. That said. This telescope is well-made.It comes neatly packed in a backpack. The two main parts. The tripod and the tube sit in compartmented areas with velcro straps to hold them in place. The telescope is lightweight and made of plastic and lightweight aluminum. It comes with two different power eyepieces. And a finder scope. I prefer the name Spotter to help you locate your subject.Assembly is easy.If you have ever seen this type of telescope. You will have no problem assembling it.If not, no worries. The instructions manual is easy to follow. The tripod is okay.It is lightweight and feels like you could break it if you are not careful. It has a quick release for the telescope. And a hook on the center column for a weight, such as a sandbag for stability. And It has wobbly feet for use on various terrains. From the floor to the top of the quick-release plate, the tripod is 43.5 inches.I found myself bending down to look into the scope. It was uncomfortable, so I sat in a chair while using the scope.I suggest setting the whole thing up and getting familiar with the controls. And the finder scope. It took me several tries to find the focus that worked for me.Tip. The telescope will accept any 1/4-inch male mount.Suppose you have a quick-release tripod head. Then all the better.Warnings and Care instructionsI strongly suggest following the warnings and care instructions.Even though this is a beginner’s telescope, it requires the care of a professional scope.Use the storage containers for the eyepieces to protect them. For a starting telescope, this is a good one.I recommend this to anyone beginning to use a telescope. Or someone who wants to introduce a child to telescopes.Note. No camera adapter came with this telescope.I do not know if one exists for it.

This lightweight telescope is an excellent starter kit for beginners and kids interested in stargazing. It includes two eyepieces (25mm and 6mm), a diagonal for easier viewing, and a functional tripod with a counterweight hook for stability. The backpack adds portability, making it easy to transport everything. The 25mm eyepiece offers clear, detailed views of the moon and nearby stars, sparking curiosity in astronomy. However, the tripod’s lightweight build causes wobbling during adjustments, and vague assembly instructions may frustrate some users. While it’s not for advanced users, it’s a great value for educational and recreational stargazing.

This is a good, basic telescope that you can use to introduce kids or even adults to basic astronomy.Honestly, this is likely the only telescope you really need unless you start really getting into astronomy. All the interesting things to see for most people unfamiliar with the night sky are in the solar system and you can see a lot with this . You can see the craters on the moon, you can see the rings of Saturn, both spectacular introductions to the night sky and have a big wow factor! If the conditions are right, you can even see the bands on Jupiter with the right eyepiece. I might suggest getting high quality eye pieces if you want to expand your capabilities. This packs up into a backpack for easy transport. This is not a great telescope as telescopes go, but it's a great telescope for kids and a good launching platform to develop an interest in astronomy!

I ordered this Telescope for my young grandson for Christmas. He has always shown a strong interest in astronomy. Without getting too technical, what I really like is the viewfinder. With it, there is a magnification of five times, and the aperture is 24mm. This means that when looking at the moon, he can see vividly the craters on the surface of the moon. It also comes with a height-adjustable tripod and a shock-proof backpack for travel. This excellent starter kit makes a wonderful Christmas present this holiday season. And the price won't break the bank.
