HOW TO USE
Step 1: Connect your Tesla adapter to the third-party charger and make sure it is properly secured
Step 2: Insert the tesla charger lock onto the adapter until you hear a click which indicates it is now blocking the removal lever
Step 3: Plug the adapter into your Tesla car and wait for the charging indicator
Note: if you remain close to the tesla car with your keys you will be able to remove the adapter even when charging as it is the case with all chargers. The charger port will lock automatically once you step away from your vehicle. The charger lock will then do its job of preventing any unwanted disconnection from the charger or adapter

This is a pretty elegant solution to prevent people from removing my charger. I live in an apartment with limited charging stations and people always remove my charger. This finally solved the problem.Good quality, no complain. Looks pretty durable. Recommend to people who might need one!

They work well EXCEPT, there are 2 small dots protruding from surface on one side. These protrusions don't two let the charging plug to fully engage the connection, so it won't charge. I sanded them flush with the surface and now it works fine!

Simple design and secures your adapter when you charge your car in public spaces. This is a must have for all tesla owners. The device is small and fits in the side compartment of the door. It seems to be well built and is strong. You get 2 in the kit which is nice. It take a few seconds to figure the installation but once you get the hang of it you will be a pro.I charge my car in public spaces so I like having this locking adapter so no one can pull my cable out and stop my charge.

Thanks to this charger lock we are able to charge comfortably and peacefully at non-Tesla chargers. It prevents other people from removing the charging adapter - ensuring that your vehicle stays charging. We keep ours in the storage on the driver's door along with the J1772 adapter provided by Tesla. This would be a great gift to any Tesla owner for peace of mind.

This charger lock seems strong and is an exact fit. It's doing the job and should last a long time. I think having a two pack is unnecessary overkill, but I sold the other one to my neighbour across the street.

Same experience as many others. Tried using it with Tesla Model 3 and the gap is too big. Anyone who tries to unplug the car will instantly stop the charging and the charger is thus able to be detached from the car. Nice idea but completely useless as is.
