I really like it a lot its able to separate 3 fish at once or 2 or one at a time. the dividers can be moved to suit your specific needs. The only thing I didnt like is that if you take out the dividers the bottom try will try to float or move around. besides that its Perfect I really like it a lot. I have a different breeder box that I've used for a while and it works well too it's just not big enough and it also has a air connection with it, if this one had that feature it would be over the top. Over all I'd give this breeder box a 4.8 out of 5 because of the bottom tray and no air connection. cant have everything though right, all in all I'm very very happy with this breeder box. you should pick one up too!

I used it for separating my Axolotls. It worked great for the developing juveniles and the newly hatched babies. You obviously have to be careful when you remove them from the water because the water current will stick them to the slices in the walls. I was only able to fit two in the tank but it helps manage them so they don’t eat each other.

In order to keep the piece in place that separates mom from babies, you have to have one of the dividers in, which sucks if you only have one fish in it. Wasted space. The partition floats up if a divider is not holding it in place.The suction cups are hit or miss if they hold well.

Very good quality, easy to install and is very helpful when my guppy’s are breeding it keeps them a lot more calm.

Purpose of this product is to provide 3 pregnant mother fish an opportunity to drop fry. At a bare minimum in that sense product does what it is designed to do but cleaning this and maintaining this is a nightmare. #1 if you install this on your aquarium... provided hooks are not designed for standard black rim aquariums. You then have to rely on suction cups. Ok but here is the problem: When you adhere suction cups to the tank, you leave product at top of your aquarium and at that point you can not maintain the breeding box. #2 Black lip of aquarium prevents you from opening and closing lid (ok you can slightly push box down into water to take lid off. But problem is with fish in the box you have no way at all to maintain or service or clean. You physically need to remove fish out of the box, peel box from the glass and then remove upright pieces that keep separator tray down (yes it floats otherwise), then with great difficulty remove the separator grate and only then get to the bottom of the box to clean it. By that point, obviously your box has to be reattached to the glass all over again.In my view it is designed to "save you" in a bind, instead of provide a proper space for fish to drop fry. You should not have to disassemble entire thing to clean it. You should not have to pull fish from it. There needs to be a trap door on the bottom that you can open/peel so all the fish waste drops to the tank. Before your fish drops fry you have to maintain said box and after your fish drops fry, for you to provide fry with a place to swim, you have to basically disassemble the box too. This product would have worked if it was possible for fish waste to be easily removed from there.I think what I am going to do in all 6 boxes that I bought and put in my tanks is remove bottom from every box and let fry just swim out into breeding tank. No breeding box should be this difficult to maintain. Not impressed.

It is exactly as advertised and pictured. Kind of small space once separators are put in. Only good for guppies or similar. Without separator it easily houses my expectating mollies and swords. When fry separator is removed it can be used to isolate somewhat larger fish. Check the size before ordering.

The box is big. I thought this would be big enough for my 6gal tank. When it didn’t fit the way I would have liked, I gave it to my husband to try out. Then we found out there is a gap between the dividers and the lid that his guppy swam over the top, freely. I thought the whole purpose of the dividers was to keep the other full grown guppies away from the others.Needless to say I am unsatisfied with this product.

Jadore la pouponniere elle est tres grande pour acceuillir mes mollys jadore aussi le fait quond peut mettre de 1 a 3 mamans en gestations dedans elle ont beaucoup de place jaime aussi quelle ai des suces pour coller a laquarium car mon aquarium ne fonctionne pas avec les pouponnieres a accrocherElle nest pas arriver toute casser comme les autres commentaires .je suis tres contante et jai deja hate de lessayer

This is a breeder tank so it is as described in the listing. All part are removable which is nice. I need it as a betta tank so the two separators do not fit in the center to make two compartments. It only fits in the top sections. If i keep it, I'll have to modify it. But the product came marked up in the corners on the one side... something I'd expect as a used product. Can i live with it?...I'm on a the fence with it at the moment.
