My daughter has a similar lamp like this shaped as a kitty and while it's cute, I was looking for something a little more stylish. This lamp has fit the bill. The amount of options are fantastic in terms of color, timers, etc.I use it at night on the timer setting once I turn off the bedroom overhead light to provide a soft glow as I'm getting settled for sleep.I use the remote more than tapping the top as I find it more convenient. It hold a charge for a long time and quickly recharges.It's compact and looks great on my nightstand. Highly recommended!

This is the perfect small size to fit on an IKEA photo shelf that I use for a night stand. It is bright to illuminate if I want to read a book. With light useage, I can use it several days before I need to recharge it. The other colors are pretty tooI do not leave it on all night.. i notice though, it has a timer function. That is perfect, because sometimes when I have insomnia, I find it helps to sleep with a light on, but I don't want the light on all night. It could be on for an hour or several hours. There is also a little controller, though I haven't used that yet. I am not a high usage person, but I really appreciate how this small light fills a need I have of having a small bedside lamp that I can read since the other bedlamp is a further stretch to get at, and the other lamp isn't as bright as this little powerhouse.

These are less sturdy than they appear in their pictures. The bases are not wood.But, for the price I'm happy with them. The colors and functions are good. The light is soft and relaxing.I bought 2 and the remote works for both.

I got this to use for night time when our newborn child wakes up and need changing/feeding. It’s very easy to use with the touch turn on/off on top of the light. Very lightweight and dimmable brightness. Has been an essential for our nighttime duties and moving around the house without turning on bright overhead lights.

I'm pleased! I needed an extra light in my small bedroom, but I didn't want anything bulky or heavy like a floor lamp. My room is dark when I first enter (no working switch) so the remote control is so nice, I put it on the door in a little sleeve and I can easily turn the light on before entering. It's perfect and I love all the color options to fit my mood. Exactly as described too.

I turn this on when changing diapers at night. Not too bright to fully wake up the baby, but bright enough to see well. Charge lasts decently long when using it this way. Needs to charge more frequently if left on for longer, obviously.

This lamp is cute! I have it on my nightstand so I can get some ambient lighting at night and it does the job pretty well! There’s many cute colors to choose from and it even comes with a remote if you don’t want to use the touch control. It came assembled so all I had to do was charge and use it, the brightness is good when it’s at full battery, when it’s low battery the light is very dim. Now with that being said, I see two downsides to this product that are fairly big. One, the battery life on it isn’t great. I believe I’m able to use this for about 1-2 nights before having to recharge it, and I don’t have it on for long when I do use it, at most 4hrs at a time. Two, the time that it actually takes to charge the lamp fully is a while, I’m not sure exactly how long but one day I put it on the charger before I left for work and when I came back it still wasn’t fully charged. These problems play hand in hand though, it wouldn’t be as bad if I had to charge it for so long and then the battery lasted longer or if the battery didn’t last long and it also didn’t take so long to charge. Overall this product is cute especially for kids, but I wish the battery life and the time it took to charge were quicker.

I bought this to use as a night light in my bathroom. It’s rechargeable via usb. We are on night 4 of leaving this lamp on all night without a recharge! It has different levels of brightness and the brightest setting is bright enough to use if we have a power outage. I purchased a couple more because I liked this lamp so much!
