Strange pliers. Had to watch someone on youtube use these to figure them out. Keep the plastic hose piece on or the metal will make a flat spot on the silver wire.

These pliers are very cool. It is so easy to make many loops in different sizes. I should have bought them sooner. I definitely am getting the other size available here on Amazon. If you make handmade jewelry or other wire craft items, you will find many uses for these. I think they are priced fairly too. Made well. Lots of wire curling going on here, and the sizes match!
