I'm new to jewelry making, so I didn't want to spend a fortune on tools. This is a great set of tools, and work especially well for me, as I have very small hands, and these tools are small. They come in a nice case, although it's too much work to get them in and out of the case, so I ended up not really "storing" the tools in it. These are perfect for my needs.

The tools seem to be pretty durable, I just find for my hands, I'm 5'4", 100lbs, they are a little small.

Much easier to use than the first set I bought that was supposed to be for jewelry. The other tools were too big and I had such a hard time. Making jewelry is so much easier with the bead-smith brand.

I like the slimline design of the pliers and the smoothies of the metal. My previous tools were clumsy to work with and and always scratching up my work. These are easy to handle and delicate with my jewelry pieces.

Nowhere does it state these are minis. I bought these for my 10 year old niece, so it will work in this situation but had they been for myself I would return. Nowhere on the packaging does it say anything about them being mini sized either. Cute case, quality brand and great size for children, but NOT what I purchased.

I love this set of pliers. I bought this colour because they were the cheapest colour (petty good price compared to others), but it turns out I love the colour. They are a perfect size for my hands which makes them easy and comfortable to use. They are excellent quality with no rough patches and the snips are great at cutting wire. I also love the pouch they come in, functional and a pleasure to use.
