Arrived well packed/ protected in Styrofoam. Was somewhat difficult removing all the small beads of loose Styrofoam...blew most of it off and used a paint brush to clear away the restThe door for Toto stopped working so I removed the clock from the wall and carefully used a small screw driver to open the double door. It's been working perfectly ever since! Adjusted the volume down so the barking doesn't wake me up at bedtime.Been keeping accurate time and is a delightful addition to my room!

Our granddaughter loves her new coo coo clock it's absolutely exquisite. So adorable how toto barks on the hr. Very lovely for the price!!!

I loved my new Cuckoo Clock as it had the My Little Pretty from the Wizard of Oz. The broom sweep was broken and wrapped in that foam packing around the sweep part of the Witch's broom handle. We didn't know any better till I had to change the batteries and my wife felt the material. She knew it didn't belong there, but the company Green Dolls deceived us, as I bought this thru Amazon in September of 2024 and now it's beyond the return policy. Now, I want everyone in America to know why got deceived by this company as this broom sweep got damaged somehow in shipping, and someone from Green Dolls said we will camouflaged it with this white foam wrapping material. Once my wife unwound this material, there it was the broken sweep. This was really slimy of the company to deny me a new return, when they snuck this product by us, thinking this was the way the broom looked. Shame on Green Dolls and shame on Amazon for allowing such shameful business practices.

Have had to glue together twice so far, weights fell out of plastic and frame around door came apart which holds the door. All repairable but shouldn’t have to do on something that just hangs on a wall

A gift for my sister who is a collector of OZ memorabilia. It is for Christmas so I don't know her reaction yet but I'm sure she won't be disappointed. I opened it to see exactly what it was made of and by no means is it cheap! I was quite expressed.
