perfect fit and good looking jeans

They run pretty big, but that's standard for "The Children's Place" jeans. I ordered these even though I'm 17, because I'm small for my age and these are better quality than I can easily find elsewhere. I order size 14 on all "The Children's Place" jeans, and it works out fine. They have a nice, high waistband. However, even though it says "skinny jeans," they are boot-cut, but because of the stretchy fabric it's not too big around the ankles.

I bought these in two different sizes and styles. We loved the feel and fit of the lightwash, with the exception of the 4slim. We couldn't get my kids foot thru the opening, it was extremely small (seriously 2" opening) and no stretch. Unfortunately we returned those. Had the opening been slightly bigger they would have fit perfectly. Which is a shame. The larger size didn't have that issue so maybe they were defective? Idk. But the 8slim fit great with no issues. I've been looking for tall jeans for my kid with not much luck since she's still a 5t/6 in waist but super long legs. The 8slim worked great and a little room for growth.The dark wash is a completely different material, more scratchy Jean feel than the soft leggings. Fit was ok, much looser than the others and not quite as long, they do have the inside tabs so it will work just not as good of a fit as the lighter jeans. Overall great for kids.

My daughter isn't a fan of "real jean" material jeans, but she loves these pants! They have enough stretch where they are comfortable for her to wear even when she prefers leggings. They were also a great price.

They fit my daughter like a dream. She usually hates jeans but says these are comfortable and not itchy or hard on the skin. Very cute on and seem to be good quality

Compré los jeans para mi hija de 12 años en talla 14, le quedó ligeramente grande pero cuenta con banda ajustable en la cintura y le quedó perfecto, obviamente se lavó antes de usarse y no perdió forma ni el color, ni la marca en su interior como mencionan otros compradores.

One of the very few jeans which comes in slim sizes (narrow hip and thigh compared to regular jeans) and it looks great on my skinny 4.5 year old daughter. It has a low waisted fit and inner adjustable belt helps in tightening the waist. Good jeans to buy for slim girls.
