This is a charming little toy menorah. It is colorful, cute and very educational. Children can practice shapes, colors, counting etc. The Star of David and the dreidels decorating the base of the menorah are actually little puzzle shapes. The price is very nice.The only problem is I have with it is that it truly is for children age 3 and older. I bought it for my grandson who won’t be three years old until NEXT Chanukah. I take that warning seriously in the case of this toy, because this menorah is made of a spongy material and it has 9 candles, each with its own pre-attached flame. I keep wondering though whether those flames might become detached with a determined yank by a child who is inder 3 years old…Because it will probably be lots of fun for the right age child, I will put it away until next year instead of returning it.

It was a fantastic first menorah for my little sisters first Hanukkah. We had lots of fun “lighting†the candles and playing with it. My biggest issue is the little yellow foam outlines for the Star of David and the dreidels are completely separate and we were concerned about her eating them, but otherwise it’s very nice.
