I am very impressed with the quality of these wheels. Sturdy, well crafted, high quality materials and super smooth. As soon as I opened the box, the personal note on the inside that looked to be handwritten, was a very nice touch. Installing was very simple: Step 1: Remove old, disgusting wheels from office chair by pulling up. Step 2: Install new wheels by pressing down with a little force to pop into place. Step 3: ?. Step 4: Profit. :)In all seriousness, I really do like these wheels they are nearly silent rolling across my hardwood floor. The smooth light friction roll is soothing and feels like I'm riding in an Ikea shopping cart! The fact that these come from a small business who took the time to leave a note in the box makes me even happier. This is the first product review I've ever made and I'm glad it could be for a product this good.One thing to remember if you plan on transitioning to these wheels, you will sit about an inch and half higher than normal at your desk but the smoothness of the rolling and the sheer child-like joy of rolling around in your office chair on these smooth wheels.......worth it.

Very well made. I have a desk chair from the 1990's and these fit that very old chair. Had to slightly drill out the receivers in the chair legs but WOW what amazing wheels. Rolls very smoothly and completely silently. Such a joy to use this chair now that it moves so easily.Hand written note from the company was a very nice touch as was the coupon for $20 off my next purchase.I would put these wheels on all my rolling chairs.

well just got them. Super easy to install. Think it took less then a minute. They stand a bit taller. I really like that and on carpet it rolls so much better so far. Over time I will see how they hold up to long term use. They look good and can say I have no complaints about the product to start with. If they last 5 years well worth the price. They seem better built then the normal rollers so i assume they will last longer. I'm not a small guy at 250lbs they feel good.

Although the wheels may be tall and narrow, any instability with the chair is usually caused by the chair design and the position of the user and their weight distribution. • Positioning: You should not need to to get off the chair and move it to the desired position, but may occasionally need to based on the weight applied to the chair. They don’t glide well across standard medium-to-high pile carpet. • Getting stuck: ...in a rut might occur, but just like anything heavy sitting in one spot for a long time, depressions (deep grooves) will form where the wheels are, and that's unavoidable. • Movement: If you're like me and have the usual house carpet, you will need a chair floor pad (plastic carpet protector) to move more smoothly than on regular carpet. Just know that the floor pad TOO will develop depressions. It's weight, gravity, and physics. You can't win. :(SUMMARY & CONCLUSION:It was a good decision and purchase for me. I didn’t much like my old plastic wheels and can’t imagine why they would even be designed for office/gaming chair use when the stress and weight from the chair can easily crack them. I liked the background story they included on the card, and the personal, hand-written thank you was a very nice touch.They look good, they work well, they’re sturdy, and they do the job. Knowing that the company gives you a non-expiring lifetime promise warranty eases my mind because as they say: “If you EVER have any issues with your chair wheels, we’ll send you a brand new set.” I’m not sure any other wheel manufacturer can say that and stand behind it. This company cares about their product and the person who’s going to be using it.

These wheels exude class and quality. It was so easy to replace my old (expensive) plastic wheels which tend to peel every 12-18 months. So far they roll smoothly on both my carpet and wood flooring. Will see how they fare in 12 months time but my confidence is high on these.It was also nice to see a personal note from the company itself. The box is unlike the brown paper ones and the guarantee is visibly printed. Nice!
