With the traditional ab roller, I would frequently feel discomfort in my shoulders after a chest workout, or any upper body taxing workout. I wasn't able to use the ab wheel on my off days like I wanted. This product changes the game. I feel no pressure in my shoulders at all, and in fact I feel I like with the right angles I am able to get a deeper stretch and more effective workout for my core. It is super sturdy and has a little weight to it; I'm 260 lbs and don't feel uneasy or unsteady rolling all the way out. It is a little on the expensive side, but for what you get it may be fair priced or just slightly over priced.

I have for long been buying abs roller and am glad I came across this one. It makes my workout more enjoyable. I had an issue with getting it when it was mailed to me but this had to do with UPS. Contacted the seller and they did their best to send a replacement. I give it a 5 star coz of how it is easy to use and very good quality.

Quality is great, Built solid. I have tried the knock off versions and they all broke on me within a week.If you are serious about your workout this is a must have.

First off the unit itself is fine. Looks like decent quality. What I'm ticked off about is in there add on this site makes it sound like workout routine and games are just on app. Well they are if you want to pay more money. Only reason I paided more money for this one as opposed to others on here. Thought a routine came with it. Also waited 3 weeks for this to come so very disappointed...

I’m in my 50s. Never had abs. I went from using this roller a few times a week to every other day to almost every day. Only 12 to 15 minutes A day. The results are quick. After 3 months results are seen. Can’t wait to see where I’m at three months from now.

Most ab rollers end up causing over stretching and resistance which cause injury. This one you can modify the stretch aspect as well as the resistance much more safely. If you’ve ever been injured from a traditional ab roller give this one a try. Worked well for me. The videos are nice also. Nice edition to a home gym setup.
