I have seen similar products being advertised, and after watching a few reviews of LifePro's yoga wheels, I thought I would give them a try. I have been progressing in my yoga practice, but being a man with a large and less flexible frame, this has helped me take things a little further, just in the few days of using it. I feel confident in the strength of the roller material, which says a lot as a large framed man. I have also found using the small loop great for working issues I have with neck pain, helping to release some of the tension I have and increasing my blood flow; much more preferable than using pills. I would definitely take things slowly, starting with the smallest roller. I have used the small and medium rollers the most. The small for neck relief and both the small and medium for helping to expand and support some balance poses. I am not sure if I am actually being supported in my headstands or not, but it does provide me with a bit of a security, even if mentally, as I am new to more advanced poses.As for the rollers, I like the nubs and center groove on the rollers. I does help identify where to keep the roller through feeling without having to see it. The nubs can be a bit aggressive, which I like, but for those who need a bit less, you may want to use a folded towel between you and the roller.Overall, I think these are well worth the price. The rollers are heavy duty, sturdy, and offer the combo of muscle and fascia release, yoga pose/flexibility extension, and alignment options, for those who need it.

Product works well and provides great relief to my stiff back. I do want to mention that I truly appreciate the quality and craftsmanship of your product. I previously purchased a similar product from a competitor featured on Shark Tank about 2.5 months ago. The competitor product worked for my back and provided the relief I needed, but as soon as I noticed the terrible craftsmanship (noticeable defective color on 1 of the 2 wheels, visible glue marks/drips on wheel, glue pulling away from (2) ends where the padding connects on wheel) - I was totally turned off by the product/company, and considering the expensive price I paid, I decided it wasn't worth the price and returned it right away.Fast forward 1.5 months later after returning the product, I decided to search for something similar but from a different company. That's where I found you on Amazon! Another reason I appreciate your product is the fact that it came packaged up in plastic along with a user manual. The competitor product I received was not packaged in plastic nor did it include a user manual - just the 3 wheels. It's amazing how little things like these make all the difference!

The wheels work great for stretching and getting into tight places.But... there's no need for the rubber cushioning to be so tough. It's painful and actually leaves marks on my body through clothes unless I actively lever my weight off the wheel with body balance. That really shouldn't be necessary if the padding was a bit softer. The nubs on this wheel make that effect even worse as they literally feel like they're cutting into you.

Using to remove strain of forward leaning posture. So far, I have enjoyed the extra stretch I'm able to get in my chest as well as a massage to the muscles along my spine.Comes with a workout poster and the three sized wheels. The wheels are solid construction;no worry about these things breaking.Using the largest wheel, I was able to get a stretch in my chest that I haven't been able to get before. Also popped what felt like a long-lasting vertebrae that I haven't been able to reach for years. But what I like even more is the pressure and massage that it gives the muscles along my spine. I have really tight muscles along my spine and the wheel zaps them into submission.I just got this, so have only used it a couple times, but I have a good feeling about this. I expect to update this review again as time goes by.

Alright, overall this helps a lot. I had intense back pain for weeks and then I spent a good amount of time on these. My back still hurts, but it definitely helped reduce the pain a lot. Alright let's talk pros and cons.Pros:1. They come in 3 different sizes, which I did not think I would care about but the bigger one is more for like the middle/lower back and as it gets smaller it is more useful on the upper parts of your back. Even your neck.2. It comes with a small poster that has different workouts/stretches. There are 9 different workouts/stretches with visuals of how to use them and which size to use. Everything from back pain stretches to a full body workout and even yoga.3. The grips on the outside work perfectlyCons:1. They are so hard that it kinds of hurts to use them on certain parts of my back2. The width isn't good for smaller people. It is pretty wide and for me, an option to get a smaller width would be better and probably help with the hurting in certain spots.

Just received and tried the 3 different size wheels on my back. Got a couple of nice releases on my spine right away so I can anticipate good maintenance tool for my spine. Comes with a nice poster that demonstrate many exercises. Should be fun to try to incorporate some into my regular training program.

I bought these as an alternative to Chirp wheels because of their lower price-point, and because the surface of these has a divot for your spine.I've got really tight shoulder and neck muscles, so wanted something to help massage and stretch out my upper back. While these wheels did manage to help me crack my back, they've not helped much to loosen my upper shoulder and neck area. I will keep using them to see if it just takes more time for tenser muscles to relax. I've also noticed that raising both my arms helps stretch out my torso further than if I were to just leave them limp.

I was eyeing the Chirp Wheels for a long time but thought they were too pricey. I saw these and they looked just as good, so I took the chance. I've been using these for a week and these have been amazing. I was in a car accident a few years ago and have tried countless back pain relief products (e.g., stretch boards, heating pads, etc.), and the wheels, so far, have had the most impact on my condition. I still have pain but and am able to get relief until the next time I see my chiropractor. My back cracks every time I roll on it.
