I love this stepper. I recently went through physical therapy and chose this piece of equipment to continue my exercises at home. It is fantastic. I can adjust the height for different exercises. The top piece has a non slip surface that is great. I highly recommend this product.

Love this little Step. The workouts I'm doing have this Step. (Jessica Smith WS3) Tried using The Step/Original and the small purple FIRM step, but it didn't feel right. Started using this one the day it came and it's perfect! Wish I would have bought it a long time ago. Very stable, good grip and it's pretty. (Blue/Black) Home workout people will understand. :)

I did step aerobics on my full size step made by the same maker. It lasted me 30 yrs and I sold it on FB. lol These steps are made to last forever and worth the money. I'm glad the quality is still there. I miss my step but have a smaller space for it so this is perfect. I have been doing step patterns on the floor but I didnt sweat much. I just received this and played around for a few minutes on the 4 inch platform and already sweating. The rubber feet are doing great and it didn't slide around.

This step platform and risers are very good gym quality equipment. Great for pushup, dips and chest exercises. Very sturdy Worth getting one. Feels good when you can't be in the gym.
