I like everything about it. Having moved from my two-story home to a one-story Townhome, I found that the lack of stairs caused my leg muscles to weaken. This stepper platform is the perfect solution to rebuilding/strengthening my leg muscles.

Great addition to my home gym. The top mat is coming unglued but easy to fix. Sturdy. Use it for step ups and box jumps.

It is mostly plastic but have used it daily rehabbing a knee. It is stable and easy to use. I also use it under the feet of my bench to do decline press and it supports it well (lighter weight foldable workout bench) I weigh 215
