Your cart is empty.The basic plan of the Zone Sampler (MODEL NUMBER: ZS-S) is to allow the product to pass through the sampler as it descends through the liquid. The top and bottom valves opening with the pressure of the liquid against the descending sampler allows the liquid to pass through the sampler. When the instrument is brought to a stop, the valves close. This independent sample may be used as a zone sample or may be added to other samples at other levels for a composite sample.

I have purchased at least 3 zones from this vendor and everything was great, good product and best price I can find. However, with this last purchase I couldn't take it apart (hence only 4 stars). The threads are very fine and if one is not careful it is very easy to cross thread them which may lead to leaks. Rather than forcing it off I decided to return for credit. I needed it for a specific project and since the project is over it was no longer needed. If it would have been OK I would have kept it to use as a spare.
